The terrain on this course is fairly hilly so there will be a lot of uneven lies. The fairways are very narrow and tree lined. Water hazards do come into play at fifteen different holes, and sand bunkers come into play throughout the design. The greens on this design are small, undulating and fairly fast. The signature hole is #18, a 512-yard, par 5, which has Bear Creek running right through the design. The green is very well protected by sand bunkers at the front and the back.
