This facility offers a regulation eighteen hole course and a nine hole executive course. Both of these links-style courses were built on hilly terrain, so there will be a few uneven lies. The fairways are narrow but not tree lined. On the South/North Course water hazards come into play on four different holes, and on the West Course a creek runs through the middle of the design and comes into play throughout the layout. Sand bunkers also come into play throughout the course. The fast greens are fairly large with some of them being flat and some being undulating. The signature hole is #6 on the South/North Course, a 418-yard, par 4, which has a pond to the right of the fairway. The green is also very well protected by sand bunkers to the left.
