This course is reputed to be the most beautiful nine hole design in the Montreal area. Eight lakes and a river come into play, as well as more than forty strategically-placed sand bunkers. In general, the greens are undulating while the fairways are fairly narrow and tree lined. The signature hole is #2, a 257-yard, par 4, featuring an elevated tee and an elevated, two-tiered green, which is surrounded by a lake that contains three fountains and an abundance of wild ducks. The hole is similar to #11 at Augusta National.
