This course, located at the base of a ski resort, offers a lot of variety in its design. The front nine is very hilly, while the back nine is more flat and open. There are many sand bunkers and water hazards spread throughout the design. Other than the challenges and scenic beauty provided by the course, golfers will also enjoy the award-winning service of the club's staff.

OK course but the staff were terrible, Oct 30, 2004

| The golf course is not bad, not the greatest I've played although you do get what you pay for, it's not that expensive. Our group were totally disgusted with the poor attitudes of the staff especially the so-called golf pro. They would not speak English to us and the few words they uttered were to tell us that if we don't speak French we are out of luck. For all I know, we got ripped off on everything we paid for including the club house dining room because nobody would speak English to us. We refused to leave tips so they added 20% grats to our bills even though the service was TERRIBLE! At lunch we waited 20 minutes for service after being seated while we noticed that those that spoke French recieved immediate service. We waited nearly one hour for our lunch to be served. The food quality was not good, the menu items overpriced. We were told we had to purchase alcohol or they would add a $5 bar fee per person, none of us felt like alcohol so they dinged us thirty bucks! What is THIS all about? At least they were honest when we complained to the management who told us that if we didn't like it, don't come back. No problem, we won't be back nor will we return to Quebec ever. If this is the way that quebecers treat their customers then they are welcome to find customers elsewhere. We have told these stories to our friends and colleaugues and also advised them to take their hard earned dollars elsewhere. |
