This course offers a great mixture of long, open holes and others that are shorter, tighter and narrower. The greens vary in size and are often undulating. The most difficult hole is #9, a long 580-yard, par 5, featuring a slight dogleg left fairway that is bordered by an out-of-bounds area on the right side. The green is protected by a ditch in front, two sand bunkers and a pond on the left side.

| This is a very enjoyable, middle of the road type a golf course. If playing from the white tees, it is not a long course BUT - what this course gives up in length, it makes up for it in tight fairways. Therefore, you must hit the ball straight. The course is in great shape, providing fairways lined with mature trees, rough that is a little long (punishing if you are not in the fairway), a back nine where you must stick to the right side and greens that are average to quick in speed. The two best holes are the finishing holes, 9 and 18 - #9 being the nicest, over 550 yards, dogleg left to a gulley, elevated green that is uphill left to right. Fantastic! |
