This facility has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The Goose Run/Village Course was built on flat terrain with narrow fairways and lots of water. The Moorse Course is more of a links-style design, with fairways that are medium width and lined with long grass. Sand bunkers come into play throughout all three courses, and water hazards come into play on seventeen of twenty-seven holes. The greens on all three courses are medium-sized, undulating and fairly quick. The signature hole is #9 on the Village Course, a 460-yard, par 5, which features two water hazards in the driving area, and a pond right in front of the green. The green is very well protected with railroad ties that sit from the back left to the front right.
