This course was built on rolling terrain so there will be some uneven lies. The fairways are wide with most of them being tree lined. Hole #2 features a dogleg left fairway. There are two water hazards on this course, hole #3 has a creek that comes into play, and #8 has a pond coming into play. There are also sand bunkers sprinkled throughout the design. The greens are small, fairly sloped and fast. The signature hole #9, which has an elevated tee and green that is protected by a bunker on the right side.
