This facility was voted as one of the top three new Canadian golf courses in 1997 by "Score Magazine." Compared to many other golfing destinations of the same caliber, This course has a tremendous value, offering prices that are often less than half as much as other high-quality courses. The layout provides great variety, averaging six different tee boxes on each hole. One hole even has nine separate tee boxes that can make the yardage fluctuate between 116 and 229 yards. The design incorporates seven lakes and a lot of waterfalls, including one which is 165 feet in length. In general, the greens are large and fast while the fairways are tree lined. The beautiful scenery includes views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Hole #11, a 560-yard, par 5, has a tee that is elevated 175 feet above the fairway and an 85-yard cross-bunker in front of the green.
