This facility offers three nine hole courses that can be played in three eighteen hole combinations. The Lakes Course is the newest of the three nines and incorporates more water hazards than the other two courses. The Woods Course is heavily wooded, while the Hills Course features hilly terrain. The Lakes/Hills configuration is the most difficult of the three possible combinations. The terrain varies and is great for players of all skill levels. Golfers will use every club in the bag when playing these courses. The signature hole is #3 on the Woods Course, a 439-yard, par 4, which calls for a downhill tee shot to a dogleg left fairway that is lined by trees on the left side. The approach is uphill to the green, which is protected by a huge oak tree on the right. The natural setting is home to foxes and wild canaries, and these animals are frequently seen during a round. "Bogeyman," a freelance journalist for the Toronto Star, has twice awarded the facility "Four Stars" and has also called it "The Best Kept Secret in Southern Ontario."

| Interesting (and mostly forgiving) course. Some long par 3 holes. We had a strong wind during play. This together with the hight changes made club selection very important - and you will use many of your clubs. First time players may be suprised by some of the hidden greens. Obey the signs that say do not enter the thick rough - if you do not - Poisen Ivey itch will be yours! |
