This course is located on a military base next to a runway. The front nine has rolling, tree-lined fairways with sand bunkers scattered about. The back nine is more of a links-style design with not many trees yet. There are three water hazards and two drainage ditches that run through the design. The signature hole is #12, a 127-yard, par 3, which requires you to hit your tee shot over water to the large green that tends to be fast.

| A beautifully kept 18 hole course. It has its fair share of water, sand, and trees to keep every golfer happy. There is no hastle to contact them and prices are excellent for this type of golf course. |

| As a long time member of GGGC my opinion my be slightly biased but I must say that anyone that has the opportunity to play the course will thoroughly enjoy the experience. As the participants in last years BC Senior Amature championship found the course is a stiff challange when played from the back tees. For the middle to high handicapper the white tees provide a test but also a high level of enjoyment. Your site mentions the water hazards but should point out that water comes into play on 12 of the 18 holes. The Green fee info is somewhat out of date but it is still a bargain. Visitors are welcome and can book tee times by phoning a day ahead of their desired date. The number is 250-339-0872. |
