This course offers three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The fairways are wide open, with most being tree lined. The courses were built on rolling terrain. There are several sand bunkers placed throughout the designs as well as a few water hazards. The greens are fairly large, sloped and fast. The signature hole is #4 on the Blue Course, a 422-yard, par 4, featuring an elevated tee, a dogleg left fairway and a water hazard that needs to be crossed on the second shot. The green is well protected by trees from behind and a sand bunker sits to the left.
