This course features generously flat fairways and relatively small, flat greens. Most of the trees are young due to an ongoing planting program. There is a reservoir that must be crossed on two holes and four holes have lateral water hazards. The signature hole is #4, a 360-yard, par 4, requiring a lay-up tee shot in front of the reservoir and an approach shot over the hazard onto a double-tiered green protected by sand bunkers.
