This facility, located on the banks of the Assiniboine River, has an eighteen and a nine hole regulation course. The terrain is rather flat and open with a few heavily-wooded areas. The sloped greens on both courses are guarded by berms and bunkers. Play is affected by water on five holes on each course. The signature hole on the Eighteen Hole Course is #14, a 472-yard, par 5, with a narrow landing area that is bordered on the right by the river and trees on the left. The green is sloped toward the river. The signature hole on the Nine Hole Course is #9, a 170-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a small sloped green guarded in front by a creek.

| Easy layout, with a few challenges, #9 being a nice closing hole over water. Great for beginners, forgiving. Great for a quick 9 after work. |
