This course was built on rolling terrain. Some of the fairways are open and some are lined with trees on both sides. You can view most of Moncton while playing the front nine holes. The greens are primarily flat. The design also includes ponds, creeks and bunkers, which also provide a challenge. The signature hole is #3, a 205-yard, par 3, which borders the state highway and is always visible. A pond must be crossed on the way to the well-bunkered green.
