This executive course features trees and heavy brush throughout. The narrow fairways make the most of the gently-rolling terrain and require accuracy off the tee. The large greens vary from fairly flat to subtly-contoured. One challenging hole is #6, a 249-yard, par 4, which plays from an elevated tee, over a creek to a tight landing area on the dogleg right fairway. If you go for the green off the tee, the kidney-shaped green is tough to hold.

| This is a very well designed golf course. My wife and I played there a few times this spring and it is marvelous. The Tee Boxes, Greens and Fairways are kept in very good shape. It is nestled in the Nisbet Forest so there is alot of wildlife. There is a full service campground and a full service clubhouse. I would advise people to golf here. It is just such a wonderful course. The staff is VERY friendly and Very helpful. Good Luck Mark's Nine. |
