This is one of the oldest courses in this area. It is a scenic recreational layout located on the lakefront. There are numerous mature pine trees lining the narrow fairways, necessitating strategic ball placement. Accurate putting is a bonus on the older-style, small greens. The signature hole is #16, a 385-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot over pine trees onto a dogleg left fairway. Pine trees also border the rear of the kidney-shaped green. Water comes into play on five of the eighteen holes. Walking the course is prohibited on weekends.
