This course is unique to the lower mainland in that it is laid out in a Scottish links-style. The par 4's are very tough and challenging, including the signature hole, #7, a 387-yard, par 4, which has a large water hazard running along the left side of the hole and surrounding the green. Ball placement and accuracy are important to reaching the green and achieving a good score.
