This mature course is located in the heart of an old gold mining district in the Monashee Mountains overlooking the Slocan Lake. The narrow, tree-lined fairways are flat and easy to walk, and the well-manicured greens are small. The signature hole is #7, a 408-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot to a tight fairway and an approach shot to a green that is nearly surrounded by trees. Water comes into play on two of the nine holes.
