I'm a member and am always amused when newcomers show up and see the short yardage the course plays.They think it'll be a push over and immediately go to the back tees. If you spray your shots, you're going to score a big number. The scenery on the course is very nice, especially in the fall. The course has produced a ladies and mens state champion so there must be some merit to knowing where your shots are headed. It is a very enjoyable afternoon of golf in the countryside of Hanover County Virginia. Its surrounded by homes, farms, and the South Anna River. |

This course is way too mountainous to be enjoyable for a real player. It is cheap and the course itself is at leasr adequately maintained, but it's not a whole lot of fun. |
