Oak Grove Golf Course

Featured Golf Course Review:
Oak Grove Golf Course -- Economical and Friendly
Review by: Dennis Benson We played the course in August 2004 after a day of heavy rains. The course was very wet with lots of standing water but playable. The first hole is 540 yards from the whites and sets the theme for this long course. The greens are some of the best in Northeast Ohio. The owner and staff are very friendly. The green fees are a bargain and senior weekday discounts are very generous.

Beaver Creek Meadows Golf Course -- Always play well there
Review by: Richard Doak This course is not only a joy to play but is one of the most beautiful courses that you will see. There are thousands of flowers including New Guinea Impatiens strategically planted every where on the course. It is worth renting a cart just to ride arround and see the flowers. I play the course once a year when I visit my home town of East Liverpool and it always brings out the best in me. This year I shot 90. This is not bad for a person with a 31 handicap. This year the fees were $23 before 1:00 P.M. during the week for 18 holes and a motorized cart. You can't beat that.
