This golfer is willing to bet few have ever played on greens this small. Short, but we played in a 3-club wind that had our scores bouncing up and down all day. It is not often a yardage book recommends laying up on a par 3, as is the case at this course. Greens sppeeds were quite variable, and there were tricky breaks all day. One can really get a sense of what course design was like 80-100 years ago. I would play this course again, sinply because it was fun. |
