| Stonehenge Golf Club -- Great course/staff/people |
| Review by: GK |
STONEHENGE is a "GOLF COURSE" not a 50,000 sq. ft.
clubhouse with a golf course on it.Yet the people there treat you like it.From the very start everybody is very friendly and courteous. They want you to come back.
The course is always in very good shape.
Greens run true.Layout is very good.Challenging Par 3's,4's & 5's & yet some easy ones.Fairways are always in good shape, but sandtraps need "sand" not "grainy sand/gravel".
I have never played a course time in time out everybody is very friendly!! Course etiquette is always, always in play here.
Everybody is in a good mood when they check-in and this carrys on to the course. This reflects on the staff.Start/turn/end everytime, everybody is nice.Staff or members.Great course.Highly recommended. |

| Thunderbird Country Club -- Has been renamed |
| Review by: John C. |
Thunderbird has been totally redeveloped and renamed. The new name is Markay Memorial and it is set to open sometime in 2004. It may already be open. This is something you should check into. The address is the same. A new clubhouse appears to still be under construction there. |

| Wynstone Golf Club -- Wow. Nicklaus at his best |
| Review by: Raymond |
I heard a great deal about the course before I played it in June of 2004. It is tough but fair. Touches of Nicklaus can be seen everywhere with elevated greens and tough greenside bunkers. The course maintenance was perfect. Greens were fast and (unfortunately for this golfer) fair. A real test for all the clubs in your bag. The course runs through some of the most beautiful homes you'll ever see. |
