Some of the most severe greens I have ever putted on. Leaving your approach shot in the correct spot on most greens is vital to avoid 3 (or 4) putts.
Not an extremely long course, but the Blue Tees offer a nice challenge, and the greens certainly make up for it.
Paired with the extremely affordable rates Oxbow charges, this is a can't miss opportunity when in Southern Ohio. |

Tucker from Brookfield must have had a bad round before he wrote his review of this course. Contrary to his review I found this course to be in excellant condition throughout the year. It appears that the owner had put all the profits back into the course. I am not a great golfer, however I do get around and see a lot of golf courses this course is beautiful. There is a lot of landscaping, flowers in every direction you turn. The course has 1 drawback and that is power lines could come into play on one or two holes, but only if you hit a terrible shot off the tee.
Deercreek is a nice course for beginners as well as chalenging enough for low handicappers. |
