Castle Highlands Golf Course -- been there a lot
Review by: Anonymous originally a 9 hole with the 2nd nine added some years ago. the "new" 9 in the front, original course is the back. the front is good. the "back" is not so good with the exception of #10, #13, #18. the front is much more interesting and weaves through the MN forest. you will lose and find many balls. the course is generally in very good shape. there are big changes underway for 2004 with the "old" nine being reinvented and I am anxious to play the new layout. it should improve the course immensely. has a short order restuarant and lounge, pro-shop and driving range.

Castle Highlands Golf Course -- Scenic
Review by: Beherrel Hunt Holes 14 thru 18 are about two years old now, and have definitely upgraded the course. The 15th, from the back tee, is one of toughest I have ever played. Par there feels like an eagle. Over time 14 will come into its own. The 18th is another challenge and par is a good score. Overall the course is quite a pleasure to play and can be a challenge if one strays to far from the fairways. This course is the toughest in the Bemidji area.
