This course is absolutely beautiful. I enjoy playing here for two reasons. This course is challenging enough for the scratch golfer, yet loads of fun for the weekend hacker. I’m a married man with two young children, so finding time to golf is like finding time to build new pyramids in Egypt. The Salt Pond became my answer. I arrive early, play 18, and return back to the family before they even realize I’m gone. It’s a great short course. I recommend it to anyone.

I play here on a regular basis as a guest. The maintenance for the greens and fairways leave much to be desired. It is often better to purposely hit to the rough and avoid playing out of the poor fairways. Holes are very far apart so a cart is recommended, even though the yardage is short, the walk between holes is not. However, on the up side, the new bermuda grass should prove to be a vast improvement once it gets all grown in. |
