Oaks Course -- "Clean your Clubs"
Review by: Bruce A. Williams The actual name of the fascility here is Edgewood Golf Club. They have 2 courses.. the Pines & the Oak courses (both 18 holes). I had the privelage of playing the Oak course on Apr 27th '05 and found it to be both well maintained & challenging. The fees are VERY doable either walking or riding and the staff are very warm & attentive people. The course itself has every kind of challange a golfer could want which made it a fun day for me...but then again...My worst day on the golf course is better than my best day at work; so clean your clubs & come out & enjoy the splendor that is Edgewood!!

Ives Grove Golf Links - White/Blue Course -- Very Good Public Course
Review by: Ron Fox One of the best public courses in the area. Ives has very nice fairways, well placed and groomed bunkers, & plenty of water. The greens are in good shape. The course is pretty wide open on most holes, but the deeper rough and length of the course make it challenging. The facilities are very nice too; you can get a good tasting (and inexpensive) breakfast, there is a large practice green , a chipping green with with plenty of room, and long driving range. The landscaping of the entire complex rivals that of private clubs. Overall a very good course. P.S. They save every other tee time on the weekends so that early risers can stop in and book a time for that day. This is a great feature.
