fun, spacious layout, with a pleasently isolated feel about the whole course. wide open and well groomed, the fairways welcome the big hitter. the greens tend to be soft (BW is bordered by the Potomac R.) but also roll quick and true. if your crazy, you can play the black tees, but even for the low capper, blues are the proper challenge-you still have a 200yd shot over water at the par3 9th, and a 448yd, dead uphill, OB on right, par4 18th. its a cool course, you'll have fun. |
