Aspen Ridge Golf Course -- cheap and sloped fast greens and nice flat fairways
Review by: Tim Nice fairways, nice greens which are wicked and fast, tree's need to grow up, 2 nice par 3's over water. Beer cart needs to come around more often. There are NO hills, description is wrong and it is not in southern illinois, only 50 miles south of chicago

Bon Vivant Country Club - Championship Course -- Awesome Course
Review by: Anonymous I recently played the North course of Bon Vivant. It has been about three years since I played it. Then it was still maturing. Well, it has reached it's maturity. Even with the extrememly dry conditions of 2005, they have got the fairways in best condition of any course I have played in the past 4 years. This included courses in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Myrtle Beach and elsewhere. The fairways and greens are like fine carpet. Many of the tee boxes are manicured and look like greens. This is truly a great course to play and is probably under priced. While many like the Champ course for it's length, the North course offers much better conditions and can be challenging as well. Try it, you'll like it.
