Featured Golf Course Review:
Hickory Heights Golf Club -- Pricey for an average course
Review by: Jason Hickory Heights has a beautiful layout and also has potential to be a great course. Unfortunately it is priced as if it already is a geat course which takes away from th ecourse rating. Although the course is manicured well it is not well maintained, primarily the par 3's need the most work. Tee boxes are at times shotty looking, rivaling some grass tees you would see at most driving ranges. Overall Hickory Heights is a good course that I would play often, but there are much better courses in the south hills area that are better maintained and more reasonably priced for the condition in which they are maintained.

Golfable Golf Quote of the Day:
" A game in which you claim the privileges of age, and retain the playthings of childhood. -- Author Unknown, plagiarized from the Samuel Johnson quotation "It is a hopeless endeavour to unite the contrarieties of spring and winter; it is unjust to claim the priveleges of age, and retain the play-things of childhood." (Thank you, Frank Lynch. "
