Great little course to test accuracy off tee. Some unusual holes especially #8 which is a par 4 with a 90 degree dogleg right sloping severly down hill. You need a real good drive to navagate the up hill tree congested area on the right. If your drive isn't long enough to navagate the trees for your approach shot, then some real creative shot making is needed to hit the green in regulation. I really enjoyed this course. Faiways need some work, greens were in pretty good shape. |

This is supposed to be one of the more "up scale" courses in the surrounding area. But I don't see it that way. It's advertised as a links course, but it really is more like a traditional course in my opinion. I don't think the course it that visualy appealing, and with new housing construction around the course, right now it's in bad shape on a couple of holes. Green fees are higher than at several other local courses that are just as good as this course. My opinion? Don't go out of your way for this course. But if you do play it, you will find it fairly challanging. |
