Woodson Bend Resort -- Fredrick
Review by: Fredrick the Great Great little course to test accuracy off tee. Some unusual holes especially #8 which is a par 4 with a 90 degree dogleg right sloping severly down hill. You need a real good drive to navagate the up hill tree congested area on the right. If your drive isn't long enough to navagate the trees for your approach shot, then some real creative shot making is needed to hit the green in regulation. I really enjoyed this course. Faiways need some work, greens were in pretty good shape.

Gibson Bay Golf Course -- Worth the Drive from Toronto
Review by: Wayne O'Shell We accidently found Gibson Bay back in 1997 and hve been returning ever since. Each year in May anywhere from 8 to 12 friends migrate to Richmond Ky. for the unofficial opening of our golf season. The course is always in great condition, the staff is second to none at any private course. Jason Eberle has to be proud of the staff he has. The rates of play are incredible. A course like this in Ontario would start at $75.00 and that is without a cart. We play 2 rounds per day for 6 days, and when it is all over, we begin looking forward to the return the following year. I urge anyone to consider this as an alternative to other Golf destinations. There are many othe courses nearby if you choose to venture out.
