If this course had sand traps,it would rank with the best of them. The layout is very good with the creeks and the trees, bermuda fairways and smaller than average bentgrass greens,that are fantastic! I highly recommend this track to play. |

A fantastic layout in very good condition. The strategic design is truly a championship layout. Low handicap players will have fun with the "risk-reward" options on every hole. If you focus too hard you will forget to enjoy the lake views on 15 holes. The facilities compliment the course and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. I played one other Randy Heckenkemper's design in San Antonio which was very good as well, but this layout offers more terrain change and lake views. A must play if you enjoy scenic golf! |
