Butte Country Club -- Short but fun
Review by: Butte Rat The BCC is a very friendly golf course if you play a relativly straight game. The fairways are open but close quickly if you go to far to the right or left. The course is set-up for right hand players that fade the ball. Most holes have no need for a driver but if you use driver and hit 260 plus you better be able to hit left to right or you will run out of fairway. Keep the ball straight and under 260 you won't have any problems and still be able to hit into the green with an iron. The greens are sloped and fast always leave the ball below the hole or you will 3 putt or worse. Even if you are chipping up to the hole better than a downhill 2 footer.

Polson Country Club - The Eighteen Course -- The "New" 18
Review by: HJC My wife and I played the new 18 at Polson. We found it challenging in terms of length, but relatively easy and forgiving off the tee compared to our home course. The holes are (mostly) very straightforward. What you see is what you get. It is not a high risk/reward, decision critical type of course. The condition of the course was very good. Some of the greens have significant breaks but roll true.
