Butte Country Club -- Short but fun
Review by: Butte Rat The BCC is a very friendly golf course if you play a relativly straight game. The fairways are open but close quickly if you go to far to the right or left. The course is set-up for right hand players that fade the ball. Most holes have no need for a driver but if you use driver and hit 260 plus you better be able to hit left to right or you will run out of fairway. Keep the ball straight and under 260 you won't have any problems and still be able to hit into the green with an iron. The greens are sloped and fast always leave the ball below the hole or you will 3 putt or worse. Even if you are chipping up to the hole better than a downhill 2 footer.

Briarwood Country Club, The -- risk reward
Review by: Kelly Frank The Briarwood is the kind of golf course that will reward you for well hit and well placed shots and will punish you for shots that are not well placed. The Briarwood challenges both the mental and physical sides of your golf game. You can walk the front, but must be in good physical condition to walk the back nine. There are a lot of hills on the back nine, get a cart and enjoy the round.
