This course is the very first course I ever golfed on. It was perfect for learning, wide fairways, and short rough, plus, there weren't too many people on it. I enjoyed learning to play golf here.
It is very different from what I am used to now, stationed out in Guam, everythings open, and the greens are incredibly fast, and they are not in great shape.
Bend of the River always had superb greens, they were a little fast, but they were in great condition. |
