The course has been slow in developing into a 5 star upnorth golf course. But each year the course has matured. The fairways and greens are becoming lushier. I think it is due to lack of funds. The course is very challenging and for the money ($40 ) it is well worth the trip to Mackinaw. |

We played this course last sat 6/12/04 and we were very surprised by what we found. To start off with, the course was not in very good shape. There were ant hills in the fairways, weeds and grass growing in the sand bunkers, and multiple place where construction was going on. The course was tough...unreasonably so in our opinion. For the $ there are a lot more enjoyable courss to play in the area |
