Valley View is a nice course. It will not overwhelm you, but there is a degree of difficulty. The greens are great. They run true. The rough, which is bluegrass, can swallow a ball. Three of the holes have woods that lead to an almost automatic bogey. It is my old home course, and you'll find the members to be as nice as can be.
It is an enjoyable course. |

What a great course! If you can't find a way onto the private "Sandhills Course" in Mullen, NE, go to Gothenberg and play Wildhorse! This is the best course I played on a cross coutry golfing marathon. Shot 91, lost lots of balls before I quit doing heroic shots and had the course pretty much to myself on a week day early morning... Greens were super - very fast and true. The rough was very rough... Knee high at least. |
