Springfield Golf Club -- Dakota's Pebble Beach
Review by: Jennifer Johnson One would hardly expect to find a gem like the Springfield Golf Club in this rural setting in an agricultural state such as South Dakota. This course demands your best game with keeping the ball in the fairway a premium. Although not a long course, the long hitter does not have a major advantage. Tree-lined fairways are expertly maintained and the greens are challenging. All of this quality golf is accompanied by some of the most beautiful scenery in the state. The course is built on bluffs overlooking Lewis and Clark Lake and the view from every tee is extraordinary. This wonderful nine hole golf course has earned the right to be called Dakota's Pebble Beach.
