Pierce Lake Golf Course -- *Great value, beuatiful course*
Review by: Anonymous	Pierce Lake is a great value and a very attractive course. It can be challenging if you do not plan your game and hit the ball where you intend. And a high-handicapper can lose several balls in the wetlands and woods. But the overall quality of the maintenance and the attractive wooded semi-rural setting with lots of wildlife (we saw a red-tail hawk today, and often see several whitetail deer along the fairways) make it a great value.

Evergreen Country Club - Private Course
"A course unto yourself."
I have become a big fan of Evergreen's private course. From beginning to end, you feel like your the only person on the course. This course offers secluded fairways and some very challenging holes. While the 14th is the signature hole, the 7th offers a close second. With the big tree in the middle of the fairway before the bend. Making it a difficult hole to play. The course could stand a little over all care, it's still a blast to play.

Carroll Park Golf Course

This is a decent golf course and for the money you cant beat it. The grass is alright and the greens may vary and there are water filled bumps with some small holes. The main problem is location but besides that it is a nice course.

Flowing Lake Golf Course
"Hitting the Ball at Flowing Lake Golf Course"
If you are up for the drive (depending on traffic, 1-1.5 hrs NE of Seattle), Flowing Lake is a very nice "short" course; there are no par 5s, and you can finish 18 holes in 3 hours. Tucked away in the scenic foothills of the Cascades, on a clear day, some prominent snowy peaks (Pilchuck, White Horse) are visible from several of the fairways. The course is hilly, there is plenty of water (to avoid) and you'll get some exercise "hiking" the 3rd and 12th holes. You'll know you've lived a clean life if your ball doesn't roll all the way back down the hill if you fail to drive the green on those two holes. The 11th is the wildest par three you'll ever play! I've actually t'd off on 11 using a putter - and landed the green!! No sense in me describing it; you have to experience it first hand. FL is low traffic with friendly staff and VERY reasonable greens fees; <$20 for 18 holes. Over the years, I have brought friends & business clients visiting Seattle (from all over the world) out there; never a dissapointment, always enjoyable.
