This is a good course to play at the start of the season.It is wide open,and you can work on you game.I think the greens are as good as any of the high priced courses in the area.The club house and the course is kept clean and in good shape. If you live in Chicago heights the price is right also. If you only have time to play nine holes between yard work and week end duties at home. The Chicago Heights Park District Course is the place to play and the food is pretty good too. |

I REALLY like this course. It is pretty long (which suits my game well), and there are a lot of places you can get yourself in trouble. The greens are tough to speak of...as pin placement can make this course one of the most challenging in the area (pretty serious breaks), or just a nice Sunday afternoon hackin' with the boys (dead-flat) if greenskeepers are being generous. They have GPS in their golf carts, and charge reasonable fees. The course is very-well maintained, with water in play on a bunch of the holes. In my opinion, Odyssey is the best bang for your buck in the area. |
