Ridge may not be a very long course, its only 6200 from the tips but its tricky. All of the holes are very narrow making accuracy important. Also, most of the greens are tiny and very difficult to hold because they are the fastest greens on the south side of Chicago. The course superintendent, Gary Galecki, deserves a lot of credit because the course is not just in good shape, its immaculate. This course is a treat for any golfer regardless of skill level. |

The rolling fairways allow a challenge and a scenic tour of the burbs. The course is not too challenging; however it offers a variety of play. |

While this is not the country club it once was, for the money this is one tough course. With its narrow fairways, accuracy is extremely important. The neighborhood is coming back and for the money, I would play this course anytime |
