| Marada Golf Course -- Great Place for a Quick, Enjoyable Nine |

Marada is a very nice, well-maintained 9-hole course. The greens are usually in exceptional shape and the staff are helpful and very friendly. If you are looking for a place to play a quick nine and you live near the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport, Marada is a wonderful choice. Holes #3 and #5 (the first a par 4 requiring a tee shot over water and the second an uphill par 5, I believe) are good, solid holes. The course is seldom too crowded to finish a round in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend it enthusiastically. |

I disagree with Dan from lancaster, Honey Run is way less maintained than cool creek. The carts they have are amazing with GPS tracking that gives you acurrate yardages from the tee, to the pin, and the option to order some food from the cart after the 8th green. The screen looks like the old CPU game the oregon trail. I love it just for the cart and the course is alittle under maintained, but its alot better than Honey Run!! It's a definite must play in York |
