Featured Golf Course Review:
| Colonia Country Club -- Pristine, narrow and challenging |
| Review by: Chris W. |
Not a long hitters course. But accuracy is certainly required at Colonia. The immaculate condition of this course is highlighted by the challenge of the greens. No easy test on any of these greens. A straight ball is a must off of the tees. The trees are almost always in play. Par 5 number 4 is a hole to remember. Over 500 yards with a large lake immediately in front of the grren leaves no room for error here. You will either love it or hate it. Par 3 number 13 is flanked by what look to be two 200 year old Willow Trees. An amazing sight when they have filled in after the summer. Don't pass up an opportunity to play this pristine golf course. You won't be disappointed. |

| Passaic County Golf Course - Red Course -- A water hazard! |
| Review by: NJ Golfer |
Like it's sister "blue course", the red course at Passaic County is also one of the worst kept courses in the northeast. If not under-water, soggy or drenched, the greens & fairways are burnt-up most of the season as well as very unkept. Tee boxes are in poor condition. Overcrowding & slow play prevails. Not very challenging. |
