The Executive course is not 9 holes, it is 18. All holes are par 3; they range from 109 to 206 yards. It is not well-maintained; sand traps are more like rock gardens and the greens are lumpy. All tees are golf-range-style mats. Play is slow on weekends because the starters make no effort to control the rate of play; as a result, when the course is empty, you can complete a round in 3 hours. On the weekends, you will need about 4 and a half hours. The course is located about 2 miles south of the Championship Course, on the grounds of Rockland Lake State Park. |

This course is a true test. It plays harder and longer than its slope indicates. Uneven lies are the nemesis here. Very hilly and therefore difficult to walk.
Greeens are lare enough, but many undulate due to the surrounding terrain. Play is too often slow, especially during peak times. |
