Honey Creek is a course that is not that hard but you have to think of all the factors that come into play. The holes are shorter than regular courses but their greens are the fastest they have ever been. So watch out they are a killer. |

I travel to Atlanta frequently. This course was fun and easy to play from the men's tees - perhaps playing from the "tips / championship" tees would make it more challenging (but I'm an 18 handicapper). The par 5's are really short. They should reduce the par of this course from 72 to 69 or 70. The only thing challenging was the greens. Club house / pro-staff was a nuisance. Course has a few scenic holes. Course was in descent shape. If you're playing on the East Side of Atlanta, would DEFINITELY recommend Georgia National (about 20 minutes South) over this course. Cherokee Run is not a bad course to play; but not that good either. I wouldn't play it again though.
