Armitage Golf Course -- Beautifully maintained
Review by: Anonymous This is one of the best maintained public golf courses I've played. The only regret is that it isn't longer, but if you play from the back tees, you'll be challenged. Unlike many public courses, the fairways are like carpet and you can easily see a dividing line between fairways and rough. Some sloping fairways mixed with semi tight fairways will penalize golfers who aren't straight off the tee. For the price, you can't find a better value, especially if you are a Hampden Township resident.
