A fun course to play, and probably the most playable in the area. The other offerings around here make the hills more of a gimmick than a feature. Allegheny is simply a nice track through the hilly regions of New York. It is admittedly a bit of a crap shoot as far as course and green conditions, however. But for what it is, it's an enjoyable day of golf. Very affordable. |

The course was a fun yet challenging experienc with its many intricate holes and green layouts. Overall it was a great course and one that people of all ages and skill should consider joining. The 1st and last hole of the course show players that Mahopac is a forgiving cousre and the fact that i Eagled the last hole added to my wonderful experience at Mahopac. |
