San Felipe Country Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
San Felipe Country Club -- Nice, but a little more expensive than it should be...
Review by: Anonymous A well-maintained course that can make you forget you're in dry Del Rio, TX. Plenty of trees and clear, spring-fed creeks make this course somewhat challenging, paticularly when combined with narrow fairways and greens that leave little room for error. The course is litttle pricey, however. It costs right around $50 to play on the weekend, which is pretty high for its location and for a course that only has nine holes.

Plantation Resort Golf Club -- Good course with challenging holes
Review by: R Evans This is a good course to play if you are a leisure golfer. It offers challenging holes for all skill levels. The par 5 dog leg left is a good hole to attempt an eagle if you drive over the houses on the left, but be careful and make sure you clear the houses. The yardage screens on the carts are also very helpful with proper club selection.
