Hudson Mills Metro Park -- I might change my mind on this one
Review by: Mike I just played this course upon hearing good things but was a little disappointed about what I found. Maybe it was all of the rain lately but the fairways where rather long and the greens were in just aweful shape. On the good side, the front nine is pretty open and with some decent size greens to shoot at. I really should have scored better on the front. The back nine has some pretty holes and plays tighter due to the back being cut more through the woods. One of the back nine's holes was all dug up by what looked like a fox so the landing area from about 210 to 270 yards from the back tee, both fairway and rough, gave you little to work with as far as your second shot. Did shoot better on the back though, go figure. All in all, I'll go back in June or July and give it another try and see if conditions have improved 'cause the layout is pretty nice.

Hadley Acres -- Fun and challenging
Review by: Bill I find Hadley a fun place to play. The front nine is quite open allowing for an errant shot to be recovered. The back nine is where one puckers up as shot placement is critical. The 12th hole has two ponds that come into play making club choice off the tee the most important. Course care has come a long way in the past few years and I have continued to see improvements in the overall course conditions. I rate playing here well above the other public courses in the county and certainly would recommend it.
