Diablo Country Club -- Former Member
Review by: Clay White Sold my membership around 1993 and went back on a reciprocal basis from another private club. Beautiful golf course. Tough !! Fast greens and plenty of rough if you don't hit it straight. Still as beautiful as it was when I was a member only the trees are taller and the rough is deeper. I had my "A" game with me that day and shot an 81. Almost holed out #13, 215 yd. par 3. One of the great holes on the course. The clubhouse has been remodeled again. New additions beautifully done. First class facility with all the amentities. Initiation fee probably close to 90K. Well worth it. The club has spent at least 7 million dollars in remodeling since, I believe around 1990. My rating is 5+ stars. P.S. Hello to all of my old friends at DCC too and especially John Lopes.

Modesto Creekside Golf Course -- cant go wrong, try it!
Review by: holli young this is a great course to go out with the family and enjoy the weekend or even with your buddies after work. I found my time on this golf course to be rather relaxing but challenging. for the most part the course is open and with minimal trouble. water on a few holes and trees lining most of the faiways. this course is rather flat, but has some elivation change on the front when running along the creek. the course looks to be in great shape down the fairways and on the greens. the staff in the shop is wonderful. their restraunt is a cute little place to have lunch with friendly service. Check it out!
