| Indian Creek Golf Course - Red Feather/Blackbird Course -- Enjoy |
| Review by: Clyde Funk |
The course is well maintained and the greens are fast and contoured. The back tees play over 7,000 yards long. Green fees are a little pricey. Red Feather and Blackbird are far more difficult than Grey Hawk. Grey Hawk is shorter and more forgiving. Blackbird is very long and the topography is hilly. Red Feather is the flattest of the 3 nines, but it is very tight and water does come into play. Most greens have lots of roll to them and require well placed shots in order to score well. The course was enjoyable to play. |

| Elkhorn Ridge Golf Course -- Great little Par 3 course |
| Review by: Byron Paul |
Par 3 course on very hilly land. Most holes 100 to 145 yards, but often with steep uphills and downhills. Layout brings about winds that swirl. No bunkers. Small greens with mounds surrounding greens counteract the shortness. Greens aren't fancy but very puttable...putts true, watered often. Driving range and putting green as well. I've played around 12 rounds in the past 3 months there...course presents enough challenge for regulars to improve their short game, also a good course for beginners to start with. |

This is an excellent course to tune-up your short game; also a great place for newcomers to test their beginners luck. |
