Essex Golf Course -- *Challenging small course with great locals and cheap beer*
Review by: Tim	Sure this course doesn't come close to matching up with other larger courses, but this is a pretty challenging short course that lays in the hilltops with a great view of the town and surrounding area. I couldn't imagine a course with kinder locals who are quick to place you in the middle of the heckling and quick to offer you a beer.

Hampton Golf & Country Club -- *Excellent golf course*
Review by: Darwin Farquar	This is an awesome course for a small Iowa town! It has a brand new clubhouse, set amongst giant oak trees. The course is well kept. The signature hole is #6, a par 4 which plays over a wide stream. Hit your drive short, you're in the drink. Wide right, you're in the woods. Wide left, you're in a grove of massive oak trees. But hit it straight, you could be on the green with a chance for birdie!
